76. Lead with value and boost your brand

We’re coming to the end of Quarter 4 and the end of 2024, it’s a great time for reflection and preparation.
There was a recent article published by Forbes which shared these statistics:
49% of a company’s reputation comes directly from the reputation of its CEO
82% trust companies more when their leaders show up online
These percentages resonated with me and made me think about lelders that I have worked with and the companies they represent. These statistics were a true reflection of the businesses I throught of, what about you… have you noticed that a Managing Director change in a company can change the whole dynamic?
Some takeaways from this article and our Elevate the Executive coaching conversations have lead me to share these five key reminders to lead with value and boost your business in 2025.
- Know your worth - the unique value you add to your team, clients and business
- Share your expertise - you’ve spent years growing, building, learning all aspects your craft. Share your knowledge
- Be Authentic - everything is an extension of your personality, your network reflects your mindset and your mouth set. Positivity breeds prosperity.
- Network is your net worth is an age old adage but there’s more to that, your support network, those who help elevate and cheer you on as well as offer professional guidance and expertise.
- Cadence - we always talk about cadence in our ACTion Plan but consistency is key to boosting your brand and your business
The ‘Know β¨ Like β¨ Trust’ philosophy has held true in sales, marketing ande building businesses for decades and it’s still the same today. Building a strong brand, leading with the heart and adding value will continue to improve your business with the impact your create, which ultimately means your sales will soar.
